The sheep are back in Abbey Park and at this time of the year are probably pregnant. The gates have been repaired and new fences installed. Please keep all dogs on a lead at all times. Please make sure all gates are closed behind you.
Thank you to the 15 or so people who helped take the Christmas trees down in record time! The trees have been taken away by Kingshill Baptist Church for recycling for a donation.
Happy New Year! We look forward to another year of activity in Great Missenden doing the best we can to keep our village such a lovely place to be. Are you ready for our first activity? The Christmas trees need to be taken down. Can you join us? Meet: Saturday 3rd January, from 10.00am outside the White Lion. In addition to collecting the trees, the lights need to be removed also. The Sam’wich Bar on Station Approach will be plentifully stocked with everything you’ll need -every type of fresh vegetable and fruit, dates, nuts plus Christmas plants and flowers. A fantastic display of really fresh produce, right in the heart of the village to help get your Christmas cracking...
